But before I tell you this story about this lovely Asia pacific haven, let me brief you on what to expect in this website and why I did not hesitate to say that i love Kuala Lumpar. Going back to the story, we were seating and relaxing to enjoy a meal and drink at a local ethnic Malaysia restaurant. It was not very far from Shangri la hotel the sky scraper KL Hotel in which she was going to spend the night. It was just out of mere coincidence that we met in kl streets and got to know each other. She had not expected to see another foreigner who knew the city so well and revealed to her all the inner Secrets that even most of its in born inhabitants were not aware of.
You see, this European lady had fallen in love with a city merely 3 days after taking a Malaysia flight and arriving safely at the Kuala Lumpar International Airport (KLIA) in this Asia Pacific Paradise. Breathtaking ExperienceThe sight of High rise buildings whick rock KL skyline like KL tower aslo known as Menara Kuala Lumpur and the elegant Hilton Hotels was a breathtaking experience. She had found a new hobby in Kuala Lumpur photography. The conversation flow was normal as we were both excited and awed at meeting each other and sharing the same loves. She looked at the Tourism Malaysia logo, Monthly Five day forecast and the commissions and embassy on the city map and grinned at me. She said softly, I have eventually seen, photographed and toured the tallest building in the whole world, Petronas tower and sighed as she went ahead to look at the rest of the Malaysia maps. Innocent Dreams I could tell she was living an innocent childhood
dream. Born in Europe and always dreamt of coming to Asia with her
first choice to visit Malaysia. She was trully here to enjoy the yet
unexplored feeling of
a Malaysia vacation in one of Kuala-Lumpur
hotels. This kind of excitement and love for a city that I saw in the eyes of a stranger gave birth to this website. Rarely will you meet people like this and to tell you the truth, Kuala Lumpur is currently one of the most growing city in Asia and most parts of the world. At times I ask myself whether most Malaysian people will catch up with the ever changing Malaysia skyline. I
mean you can pass in one place and 3 months later, you can literally
get lost to find a different landscape. Its amazing the way things are
changing. Malaysian people lifestyle has changed dramatically and
mostly evident in Kuala
Lumpur nightlife. A Pacific HavenOf all other cities i have been in Asia, Kuala Lumpur has the most hospitable and friendly people. Its magical- the mix of people from different races and backgrounds - a true Cosmopolitan and modern society.There are always people to make my day and an example is this photo.
Lately when I stroll around Kuala-lumpur i see people from all places of the world. Majority are Arabs and European. Trully with the increase in modernisation, Kuala lumpur has become an Asian Haven for tourists. I thank the Tourism Malaysia and Malaysian people living abroad for the aggressive advertising in International media to promote this pacific haven as a tourist destination. My European friend before leaving to her country gave me the idea of starting a hobby website almost like a travel journal where I could keep updating on the new things and experiences that i have discovered on my exploration of the city.
